Daily max (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM): $16.00
Evening max (4:00 PM - 6:00 AM): $8.00
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS:
Flat rate (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM, until 8:00 AM the next day): $8.00
